Storage is shared by website files, databases and email across the whole subscription. Mailbox counts are totals per plan. Plus includes one main website and four addons. Pro includes one main website and fourteen addons.
Mailbox counts apply to the subscription as a whole. A plan with space for more websites does not give each website its own storage or mailbox allowance.
These plans use shared resources. Tell us about busy stores, large media libraries or demanding applications so we can assess a suitable setup.
What is included
Manage your sites, email and domain connections through the hosting control panel. Free SSL provides HTTPS for correctly connected domains. Platform support is included for the hosting service.
Content changes, WordPress troubleshooting, ongoing care and malware recovery have their own scope and prices.
Bring a website
One standard website migration is included with each new hosting subscription, after assessment. It covers a straightforward move that fits within one hour, with working access and a usable backup or export. Additional sites, complex applications, malware repair and manual email transfers are separate. Additional migration work costs $79.00 per hour, with the scope agreed first.
Add your first domain
One eligible standard first year domain is included with new annual Plus, Pro or WooCommerce Hosting. Choose .com, .au or .com.au. Eligibility and registration cost limits apply. Contact us before payment to confirm the domain and arrange the invoice credit. The credit is not automatic. Domain renewals are charged separately at the published price.
Common questions
Can I host sites for separate clients?
The listed plans cover websites managed by one customer in one assigned package. If separate clients need their own accounts or access boundaries, ask us for a suitable arrangement.
Where will my website be hosted?
Tell us where your visitors are and whether you have a location requirement. We will confirm the available hosting location before setup.
Are WordPress backups included?
WordPress care plans include the backup schedule shown on the care page. Ask us to confirm backup coverage and restore arrangements for a hosting service without care.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact us when you need more websites, mail or storage. We will confirm the new allowance, price and billing adjustment before making the change.
Does SSL protect against malware?
SSL encrypts the connection between your visitor and the website. Malware monitoring, protection and recovery are separate services.
