Premium names, transfers and recovery of expired domains are quoted separately. Domain registration does not include hosting or email.

Who can register .au?
You need to meet the Australian presence requirement. We check the registrant details for the selected name before registration.
What about .com.au?
Commercial eligibility and the connection between the registrant and the name must meet the .com.au rules. We will ask for the information needed to check this.
Your domain stays yours
Your details are recorded as the registrant. Keep your contact information current so registration checks, renewal notices and transfer requests can reach you.
You can use a domain you already own with Dprime hosting. Moving your website does not always require transferring the domain registration.

A domain with annual hosting
A new annual Hosting Plus, Hosting Pro or WooCommerce Hosting subscription includes one eligible standard domain registration for the first year. Choose from .com, .au or .com.au, subject to availability and registration eligibility. The offer covers one domain per subscription. Premium names, .io, transfers and existing domain renewals are excluded. You are the registrant, and the domain renews separately at its published price. Contact us before payment so we can check the domain and apply the approved first year credit to your invoice. The credit is not applied automatically at checkout.

Why are registration and renewal different?
Some extensions have different prices for the first year and later years. Both amounts are listed so you can compare the ongoing cost.
Is my domain renewed automatically?
Check the renewal setting, due date and payment status in your client account.
Can you transfer an existing domain?
We can check whether a transfer is possible and quote it. Transfer conditions, timing and any extra registration period depend on the extension.
Do annual hosting discounts apply to domains?
No. Domain registrations and renewals use the annual prices shown on this page.
